Located at 28a Nowra Mall, Kinghorne Street Nowra, My Travel Expert is an innovative, locally owned and managed boutique Travel Agency specialising in leisure and business travel, round world and cruising packages and travel management for local and national customers.
My Travel Expert is the premium travel house in the Shoalhaven region and have proven that they ready do ‘get it’ when it comes to travel. Our staff has a combined industry experience of over two centuries and has a thorough understanding in almost all aspects of the travel industry. This experience, combined with a personal and professional firsthand knowledge in over 100 destinations means the team represent a broad and dedicated group of people - true Travel Experts.
We understand our client’s needs and personally tailor every travel solution to suit these. Our all round industry experience can bring a number of unique views to the table when dealing with travel planning.
We also have a deep sympathy for those whom the industry can sometimes deal an unfair hand – going so far as to start a unique initiative called the Shoalhaven Solo Sisters which helps single travellers find company when they journey to significantly reduce costs.
My Travel Expert has also been on the receiving end of many prestigious industry awards including; New Local Business of the Year Travelscene American Express Office of the Year 2012, finalists in 2014 Shoalhaven Business Awards and received the Local Area Marketing Award at the 2014 helloworld Owner Managers Conference.
In addition, My Travel Expert is fully accredited with AFTA, ATAS and CLIA and is a Qantas Premium Preferred Agent.

Leonie as a Co-Owner and Manager has been a part of the travel industry since she began her working career. Within the last 24 years Leonie has become a readily recognisable face of travel in the Shoalhaven. Her favourite destinations include the Greek Islands and Europe and she specialises in Round World Airfares, Safaris and Off-road touring
Julie Woodall
Julie as Co-Owner and Manager has spent considerable time in the travel industry, specialising in face to face sales and customer relations. In this time, Julie has developed a profound knowledge of destinations across the globe. Her favourite destinations include Africa and Russia and she specialises in Cruising and Coach Touring.
Daniel Spierings
Daniel has travelled extensively to the Middle East and Asia, and comes to us with a mixed industry background having worked in both retail and wholesale travel as well as corporate and leisure work. His favourite destinations are Turkey and Myanmar and he specialises in Group Travel and Special Interest Tours.
